Delta Information Systems, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Ampex Data Systems Corporation

Horsham, PA – We are very pleased to announce that Delta Information Systems, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Ampex Data Systems Corporation (ADSC) of Redwood City, CA. ADSC is a leading supplier of high-capacity, high-performance digital storage systems capable of functioning in demanding
environments on land, at sea or in the air.
