Ampex is proud to share that Ampex Japan Ltd. has once again been certified to ISO 9001:2015, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to quality in both products and customer support.
The certification covers the sales and technical service of aircraft-based measurement recorders and related equipment, as well as the sales and technical service of audio/video related equipment, such as video servers. This recognition reflects Ampex Japan’s continued focus on delivering reliable and market forward solutions, responsive service, and consistent quality to customers across its supported markets.
Originally certified in April 2011, Ampex Japan has maintained this quality standard for more than a decade. The latest certification was issued on March 4, 2026, with the current certificate valid through March 28, 2027, subject to annual assessments.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. Maintaining this certification demonstrates that Ampex Japan continues to operate with a disciplined, audited framework focused on customer satisfaction, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
