How can we work toward the required interoperability needed for coalition spectrum warfare? How will unmanned and autonomous systems be used to expand EW capabilities? How can we intermix manned/unmanned platforms from multiple coalition partners in a joint fight to mass EW capabilities for a decisive engagement? These are some of the questions we seek to cover as we prepare for a coalition peer-to-peer conflict. The Association of Old Crows provides a means of connecting members and organizations nationally and internationally across government\, defense\, industry\, and academia to promote the exchange of ideas and information\, and provides a platform to recognize advances and contributions in these fields. \nThe Dixie Crows facilitate the objectives of the Association through social events\, technical symposia\, monthly meetings with guest speakers\, and a monthly newsletter. The Chapter recognized the need to create a forum for users\, developers\, and maintainers of Electronic Warfare systems and components to share information and discuss common challenges\, and held its first symposium in 1976. The symposium has become an annual event – attended by representatives from industry\, academia and government\, some traveling great distances to meet and/or present with us each year.
