MODEL 2020H HALF RACK CHASSIS

Delta's MPEG-2 Model 2020H is a video encoder that compresses video and audio signals, multiplexing them with user RS-232 data and other system information for transmission to a remote decoder unit. The Model 2020H is easily integrated to provide access to remote video from any point on the network or any digital data link. The unit generates a standards compliant ISO/IEC 13818-1 MPEG-2 Transport Stream, which is output through either an Ethernet IP or an RS-530 interface. A reverse channel includes two audio channels and an RS- 232 data channel (data from the decoder to the encoder). These reverse channels can be used for audio or far end camera control.
