MODEL 2000R RUGGED CHASSIS

Delta's MPEG-2 Model 2000R is a video encoder that
compresses video and audio signals, multiplexing them with user data and other system information for transmission to a remote decoder unit. The unit generates a standards compliant ISO 13818-1 MPEG-2 transport stream.

The Model 2000R is a compact, lightweight rugged unit that is designed for use in extreme environments. This model accepts NTSC, PAL, or (optional) SDI formats, as well as line level audio inputs and RS-232 user data. The transport stream output is available through the standard RS-530 interface or (optional) ASI output.
