Delta’s VTV004, VGA-to-NTSC/PAL Scan Conversion Module provides for high quality conversion of progressive scan RGBHV video to a television format. The heart of the VTV004 is the video format conversion engine. This LSI device permits conversion of VGA signals up to 1024 x 768.

The VTV004 can be easily integrated for applications requiring the display and/or recording of computer graphics on standard television equipment. The VTV004 is a modified 3U, VME module. The board uses only power from the VME bus.
