Delta’s H.264 and MPEG-2 encoders and decoders are a critical component in several deployed unmanned vehicle programs. Rugged airborne encoders provide High Quality, MISB compliant video streams for transmission to ground control stations, manned aircraft and mounted and dismounted forces. Ground based decoders are an integral part of many ground control stations, providing low latency video for operator in the loop applications.  These products are used in support of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations within the U.S. military services, Department of Homeland Security and NATO organizations.

Delta scan conversion technology has been integrated into aircraft, ground mobile, and simulation environments. The scan conversion products support EW, ASW, and training operations. Working closely with the military and government primes, we have developed both stroke-to-video and video-to-video scan conversion capabilities that have been delivered in mil-qualified ATR packages as either modules or rack mountable systems.
